Mr. Bratcher has been deposed on numerous occasions with the property dispute settled before proceeding to an actual court case. He has testified in Ingham County District Court and Calhoun County District and Circuit Court numerous times. Mr. Bratcher has also testified in Federal Tax Court regarding the value of a large parcel of real estate on behalf of the property owner. During his assessing career, Mr. Bratcher has also appeared before the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
